At Mithraya Blends, we carefully prepare and pack every order to ensure that our products reach you safely and in good condition. Because many of our products include food, health mixes and personal-care items, returns and refunds are handled according to the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

A return or replacement request may be considered when:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • The package was received in a visibly damaged or tampered condition.
  • A product is missing from the order.
  • The product has a verified quality or manufacturing issue.

Return or replacement requests must be reported to us promptly after delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, safety and product-integrity reasons, opened, used or partially consumed products may generally not be eligible for return.

This may include:

  • Masalas and spice powders
  • Health mixes and malt products
  • Food and consumable products
  • Herbal hair oils
  • Face-care and personal-care products

A return may still be considered where the product is demonstrably damaged, incorrect or defective.

3. Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Order

If you receive a damaged, incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us with:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Contact number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • Video evidence, where reasonably required

Providing photographs or other evidence helps us verify and resolve the issue quickly.

4. Return Request Period

Customers should contact Mithraya Blends as soon as possible after receiving the order regarding any damaged, incorrect or defective product.

Requests submitted after an unreasonable delay may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

5. Replacement

After reviewing the issue, Mithraya Blends may provide a replacement for an eligible product, subject to product availability.

Replacement products will normally be shipped to the original delivery address provided with the order.

6. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the refund amount will depend on the nature of the issue and the applicable order terms.

Refunds may be issued through the original payment method where technically possible.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact the customer to obtain the required information for processing an eligible refund.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, processing time may vary depending on the payment method, banking institution or payment gateway.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer's account may therefore vary.

8. Cancellation

Order cancellation may be possible only before the order has been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be available.

Any approved cancellation refund will be processed according to the applicable payment and refund procedures.

9. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

Mithraya Blends is not responsible for unsuccessful delivery caused by:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect PIN code
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Incomplete address
  • Repeated delivery failure due to customer unavailability

Additional shipping charges may apply if a returned order needs to be re-shipped.

10. Order Missing During Delivery

If tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

11. Product Quality Concerns

If you believe a product has a quality issue, please do not continue using or consuming it.

Contact Mithraya Blends with the order details and relevant photographs so that the issue can be reviewed.

Where applicable, we may request information such as the product batch details, packaging and expiry information.

12. Shipping Charges on Returns

If the return or replacement is approved because the product was damaged, incorrect or defective, the applicable return or replacement shipping arrangement will be determined by Mithraya Blends.

Returns requested for reasons outside our approved return conditions may not qualify for reimbursement of shipping charges.

13. Promotional Products and Discounts

Products purchased using coupon codes, promotional offers or special discounts may be subject to additional terms.

Refunds or cancellations involving promotional orders will be calculated according to the applicable promotion and order conditions.

14. Refund Exclusions

A refund or replacement may not be available where:

  • The product has been opened or used without a qualifying issue.
  • The product was damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage.
  • The customer does not follow product storage instructions.
  • The issue is caused by incorrect usage.
  • The order was delivered correctly but the customer changes their preference after delivery.
