At Mithraya Blends, we take care to pack and dispatch every order safely so that our homemade food, health mixes and natural wellness products reach you in good condition.

We currently offer delivery across India, subject to service availability at the customer's location.

Certain remote or non-serviceable areas may have limited delivery availability depending on the courier partner.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful order confirmation and payment verification where applicable.

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive shipping or tracking information through the contact details provided during checkout.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the destination, courier partner and other external factors.

Estimated delivery timelines may vary by location. Delays can occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier network issues, transportation disruptions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery dates shown during checkout or communicated by the courier are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on delivery location, order value, package weight and available shipping services.

Any free-shipping offer will apply only according to the terms and conditions of the applicable promotion.

Mithraya Blends will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated address or contact information provided by the customer.

Customers should keep their phone number accessible and respond to courier calls when necessary to facilitate successful delivery.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

We take reasonable care while packing orders.

If the package appears significantly damaged, opened or tampered with at the time of delivery, customers should document the condition with photographs or videos and contact us as soon as possible.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Missing or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us with your order number and relevant details as soon as possible.

We may request photographs or other information to help us verify the issue and process the appropriate resolution.
